About the Artist

Adam Himoff is a contemporary artist born in New York City in 1976.

In his childhood, Adam was heavily influenced by New York’s rich multi-culturalism and the abundance of art surrounding him from graffiti to public works to museum masterworks.

His artistic training was largely self-directed and included classes at the Art Students League of New York, Rhode Island School of Design, and Dartmouth College, where he graduated cum laude in 1998 with a BA in English Literature.

Following college, Adam worked for two decades in finance and venture capital in New York City and Los Angeles, often juggling time with his artistic projects. He finally returned to art full-time in 2022.

In his art practice, Adam creates dynamic, abstracted portraits and imagery that explore profound themes such as race, religion, human potential, national identity, nature, social justice, and futursim. His bold, energetic linework invites viewers to see the world in a fresh light, sparking thought and emotion. By pushing the boundaries of art, he aims to awaken our minds and inspire us to confront reality and seek truth

We encourage Adam’s art fans to stay in touch, follow him on Instagram, and stay tuned for new work!
